A fund established by David L. (Red) Gillingham, husband of educator. To be awarded by the Classroom Teachers Association of the Hydro-Eakly Public School to an elementary teacher, through grade eight, that has less than 10 years experience. Recipient to be randomly selected. It must be used within one year of the date of the award.
